Our wellbeing and fitness programme offers a varied timetable of classes designed to support both physical fitness and overall wellbeing, whatever your age or ability. From Yoga, Pilates and High Intensity Training to Exercise to Music for Older Adults and Cardio Tennis, there are plenty of ways to stay active, improve mobility, build strength and have fun. Sessions are led by experienced instructors including Chloe, Sophie and Patsy, each bringing their own expertise and welcoming approach. About us
Ready for Life Physio was started by founder Michael Nicol in 2021 with the aim of providing world class physiotherapy in Norwich. Having worked in London and consulted to physio clinics worldwide, he now wants to bring the best of what he has witnessed to the Norwich Community.
The goal is simple. To become known as the best clinic to go to for private physiotherapy in Norfolk.
What makes us stand out?
Hands on treatment – because of the challenges in the NHS and the approach of many insurance companies, hands on treatments are often a forgotten art within physiotherapy. However, we will always look to use this as part of the recovery process.
Bespoke exercise programmes – no printed sheet of exercises here!
Book online – immediate access to your physiotherapy appointment and typically appointments available within the week.
Home visits available – If you are unable to leave your home for example post-surgery then we will come to you (additional charges apply)
Constant support – we pride ourselves on our customer service and so you will have ongoing access to your physiotherapist through email and online messaging.
