All classes aim to give participants goals to improve and maintain physical fitness, Aerobic capability, strength, stamina and flexibility.
Cheryl's extensive experience and practical application comes from being a former GB Elite Tri-Athlete, 10 years of lecturing exercise and nutrition and being an age group member.
She is happy to offer advice on individual training and nutrition, be it a class exercise or outdoor sporting event.
